Turn requirements into a working list

Read the opportunity requirements and list each document, its owner, status and due date. Keep subsequent clarifications with their references so the list remains current.

02 /

Organise for review

Structure investor, technical and commercial documents around the required submission format. An index, consistent filenames and version numbers help reviewers find the correct document.

03 /

Review consistency

Check that project components, areas and stages align across the business plan, technical inputs and financial model. When one changes, identify the other documents requiring an update.

04 /

Close out the checklist

Complete a final check of documents, signatures, attachments and submission instructions. Record completed and outstanding items to show the package’s status when the submission decision is made.

This guide covers the organisation of information and initial questions. Each project’s requirements and study scope depend on its particular circumstances.
