Your information and choices.
Website privacy notice — 26 September 2026.
Enquiry information
The form includes your name, organisation, email or phone, service and assignment summary. Entries remain in page memory until you choose to send. Their content is not transmitted while typing or linked to browsing analytics.
Direct submission
Choosing direct submission saves your enquiry in private storage on the company’s hosting and displays a reference after successful saving. Management uses the information to review and follow up on the request, and receives an internal reference notification when notifications are enabled. Keep your reference for follow-up.
WhatsApp and email
You can open WhatsApp or an email application with your prepared message. You send it through that service and its policies apply. Opening the application does not confirm message delivery.
Optional interaction measurement
We ask for consent before recording page views, project openings, contact clicks and profile-download clicks. Measurement uses random browser and session identifiers and a broad referral category, without form contents, query strings or complete external referring URLs. Reports are private to management. Decline or change your choice using Measurement preferences in the footer.
Storage and retention
The measurement preference and consenting browser identifier are stored locally for up to 90 days, with a session identifier during browsing. The dashboard retains measurement records for up to 90 days and enquiries for up to 365 days, removing expired records during system use. Management can delete an enquiry earlier. Hosting backups follow a separate schedule. There are no marketing cookies; the admin dashboard uses an essential login-session cookie.
Protection and contact
A temporary keyed hash of the connection address helps limit abuse and is not shown in analytics. The hosting provider may keep technical server logs. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data, contact info@shorttime.ae and include your reference if available. Avoid sensitive documents in the general enquiry summary.
